Lost track...Day 18?

So, this week was a disaster. Everything about it. I was sick Thursday. I believe the only days I worked out were Monday (cardio) and Tuesday (sculpt). I am disappointed in myself, but today I got back on the wagon and did the cardio routine. I also moved a bunch of boxes that were quite heavy, so I did a bit of weight lifting :). So, we will call today Day 18, and I will be better this week. That is all I can ask of myself.

  1. That's okay! It's way too hard to exercise when you're sick and you have to take care of yourself! But I know you will do GREAT this week!! Good vibes, good vibes, good vibes!
